There are multiple approaches to Project Management. We cover the following
Project Management Professional (PMP). It is an internationally recognized professional designation offered by the Project Management Institute (PMI). The exam is based on the PMI Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) currently in its 6th version. We are aligned with SAS Management Inc, REP # 4276, for the delivery of these courses.
PRINCE2: This is an acronym for PRojects IN Controlled Environments. This is a process-based method for effective project management. In 2017 AXELOS revised the PRINCE2 guidance and certification scheme and effective 1st January 2018, all examinations in English are based on this version.
The certification levels are as follows:
